Check Out My KLUTCHclub Box Full of Health, Wellness & Fitness ...

?

I recently received a cute little box from KLUTCHclub stocked full of amazing goodies to help ?Spring Clean Your Body?. ?Take a look:

Included in my box were the following items:

Kristin McGee?s POWER YOGA on DVD ? to help improve your practice, cleanse your body, and inspire you to get stronger and more balanced.

What I thought: ?I am not a very athletic person. ?I don?t have a slender, athletic physique, and I never played any type of sport during my school years. ?I was more of an academic than an athlete. ?I have tried following ?yoga DVD?s before, but they were full of moves that were way?too complicated for me to do. ?Sorry, my body will NOT stretch that way! ?With Kristin McGee?s POWER YOGA DVD, however, I could easily follow along with most of the DVD without any problem at all. ?Her yoga moves were really simple and basic, except for just a couple that I had the slightest bit of trouble with. ?These moves obviously seem to work for her, because she is as fit as a fiddle!

A $25.00 gift card to Yoga Hyde ? to be used towards the purchase all natural organic yoga clothes and outfits that are comfortable and flattering, without any spandex!

What I thought: ?I was really excited to have a $25.00 gift card, and about the prospect of getting a new article of clothing. ?However, I was a bit disappointed when I went to the Yoga Hyde website and found that the cheapest item in the store was $45.00, and the most expensive item was $189.00! ?I didn?t have extra money to spend, so I didn?t get anything at this time. ?I did fall in love with a pair of pants on their site, the divine drawstring pant. ?They looked so cute and comfortable, but they were priced at $75.00. ?I cannot see myself spending that much money on yoga pants, but maybe some day if I am ever rich?

Hydrive Energy Drink Mix ? Zero calorie, naturally flavored energy drink.

What I thought: ?I recently walked 3.5 miles in the March for Babies. ?This was my 5th year walking with my good friends Amanda and Alex, who are parents to 2 premature babies. ?Each year, about 2 months prior to the walk, I try to start exercising and getting back into shape after the long winter of low activity, but I didn?t have a chance to do that this year. ?When I woke up the morning of the walk, I was feeling pretty drained. ?I remembered that I had a couple of Hydrive Energy Drink Mixes, so I emptied one into a bottle of water, which turned a really pretty red color, and chugged it on my way to the walk. ?Before and during the walk, I felt really energetic, and not as out of shape as I thought I was. ?I?m glad, because I certainly didn?t want to look like an out of shape fool in front of all of those other people!

ZICO Pure Premium Coconut Water ? Reydrates your body and replenishes lost electrolytes.

What I thought: ?After my March for Babies walk, I spent most of the afternoon out in the garden, bending over in the hot sun, and 80+ degree weather. ?By the time I had all of my plants planted, I was beat. ?I was sweating, dehydrated, a bit dizzy and my face was bright red. ?Luckily, I had put my bottle of Coconut Water in the fridge earlier that day, and it was nice and cold. ?I was a bit afraid to try it, because I usually despise the taste of flavored waters, but it smelled alright, so I gave it a go. ?It was absolutely delicious! ?I slowly sipped away on my drink until the bottle was empty. ?I am happy to report that I felt greatly refreshed afterwards. ?I seriously felt like my energy came back and like I hadn?t even been out in the sun that day.

Tea Forte ? SKIN-SMART tea, which promotes and preserves a luminous appearance to keep looking and feeling beautiful.

What I thought: ?I love teas, and was very excited to receive 3 different flavors to try out ? Cucumber Mint (green tea for youth recovery), Honey Yuzu (green tea for natural renewal), and Cherry Marzipan (green tea for corrective repair). ?Don?t those flavors sound absolutely amazing? ?Well, they were!

Kind Bar ? An all natural Nut Delight bar that delivers nutrients like fiber, protein, calcium and iron.

What I thought: ?I have always been a huge fan of Kind Bars, and this one didn?t disappoint! ?This of course, was the first item from the box that I tried. ?In fact, I ate it immediately upon receiving my box! ?I just love that chewy, peanut butter & chocolate flavored bar, and I love knowing that it?s all natural and full of nutrients even more!

Enjoy Life Foods: ?Plentils and No Nuts! Seed and Fruit mix ? Gluten and allergen free all natural snacks.

What I thought: ?The plentils I received were garlic & parmesan flavored, and boy, were they ever good! ?They were a really great snack that I didn?t have to feel guilty about, and I love that they are gluten free, as well as free of the 8 common allergens. ?These are also available in dill & sour cream, light sea salt and margherita pizza flavors. ?Don?t those sound amazing?? ?My only?complaint with these lentil chips, is that they beat up the roof of my mouth a little bit. ?Sort of like Captain Crunch cereal does. ?Know what I mean? ?The flavor of them makes it all worth it though. ?Just try to chew them slowly. ?I kinda scarfed down the bag :/

The No Nuts! Seed and Fruit mix was one of the best snacks I have ever had! ?I had the Mountain Mambo variety, which included sunflower kernels, pumpkin seeds, raisins, apples, chocolate chips and cranberries. ?What I loved most about this seed and fruit mix, is that there were no?nuts in it! ?Usually, every other trail mix you can find in stores has nuts in it. ?I don?t have nut allergies, but a lot of other people do. ?Sometimes I am just not in the mood for nuts. ?The pumpkin seeds more than make up for the lack of nuts in this mix. ?They are super?tasty! ?This mix also comes in a thin, but decent sized bag, making them very travel friendly. ?Going on a hike? ?Take a couple of these with you, tear the top off, and toss some seed and fruit mix back into your mouth. ?Your hunger will be satisfied in no time, and the seed and fruit mix will give you the energy you need to carry on. ?I can?t wait to buy more of this product.

Barlean?s Organic Oils ? Flax Oil?- Omega 3 benefits without swallowing large capsules.

What I thought: ?I have taken quite a few fish pills in my day because I like the heart benefits they are said to provide. ?My grandmother has heart issues, and so do some other people in my family. ?I?d like to try to be a little proactive and take care of my heart before?anything goes wrong with it. ?I am not a huge fan of swallowing the fish pills though, because they are kind of big, and some times they can give you the unfortunate ?fish burps?. ?I was excited to try something that might be able to replace my fish pills, but this is not?it. ?The smell was really not appealing to me at all. ?I tried to get past that, and drink a bit of it anyway, and the taste was just not appetizing at all. ?I know it?s flax oil, and it?s not supposed to be, but honestly, I?d rather just swallow the fish pills. ?There are suggestions on the back of the bottle that say it can be mixed into salad dressings, yogurts, oatmeal, cottage cheese or blended beverages, so I think I?m going to have to give that a try before totally writing off this product. ?Drinking it straight though? ?I just can?t do it.

Shea Terra Organics Rose Hips Black Soap Deep Pore Facial Cleanser?- Cleanse your skin and purify it against diseases and infections. ?All Shea Terra products contain whole herbs, oils and seed and no artificial fragrances.

What I thought: ?I love trying out new skincare products. ?This one comes in a cute little bottle, that looks like some kind of medicine my grandmother would have stashed in her medicine cabinet. ?There is not really much of a smell to this (yes, I smell pretty much everything before trying it out!), and the dark brown color and?viscosity of it reminded me of motor oil. ?I lathered my face up with it anyway, and I could instantly feel it doing something. ?It was just the slightest tingle, letting me know it was doing its job. ?I let the cleanser sit on my face for 5-10 minutes as suggested on the bottle, and then rinsed it off. ?My skin felt really soft and smooth, and maybe even a little firmer. ?I definitely think this is a great skincare product.

KLUTCHclub is a?subscription company that delivers health, wellness, & fitness products right to your door, every month. ?The cost of a box is about $18.00, and includes products that have a total value of at least $50.00. ?How?s?that?for a great deal?

Overall, I was quite impressed with my box of goodies from KLUTCHclub. ?I learned about quite a few new products I had never heard of before, and I intend to even buy more of some of those products. ?I definitely think this box is well worth $18.00, and I would probably order another for myself at some point when I had a little extra money laying around and wanted to treat myself to something special. ?I think the KLUTCHclub would be really great for anyone who is more into health and fitness, and makes that a regular part of their lifestyle.
